Peruvian Textiles Travels

Tapestry by Peruvian artist Maximo Laura
Brenda with some of her
Peruvian collection
Brenda Nicolson, from the Victoria Hand Weavers and Spinners Guild gave a wonderful talk on her travels in Peru.  Brenda was there for 21 days and took part in four different textile workshops. She brought back weavings, yarn, carved gourds, tapestries, felted hats, etc to show us and her slide show gave us a real feel for that part of the world.  Thanks Brenda!
