Colour Control in Spinning
Tired of getting mud when you spin multicoloured roving? Sometimes you might get a pleasant surprise but wouldn't it be much more satisfying to spin with confidence that your finished yarn will be exactly what you want? After working with various combinations of colours and spinning techniques, you will begin to find your stride.
Chain [Navajo] plying, striated roving, painted roving, sprinkle dyed roving will be just some of what will be explored.
Only 4 spaces left! The guild is hosting another spinning workshop Colour Control in Spinning by Cheryl Wiebe. $90 for Guild members with $50 deposit due at the Apr 2nd Guild meeting, $120 for non-members. Space is limited and priority goes to Guild Members. To register contact Kathy cedarweaver@gmail.com
